Meet the Founder
The story behind Salem.
Hi, my name is Kylah, founder of Salem.
At 18 years old, I truly found Christ through my journey of young motherhood. I became a mom at 16 and walked through one of the hardest seasons of my life, including postpartum depression and anxiety. Those trials led me to fully surrender my life to Jesus Christ.
I had always known about God, but during that season I discovered what it truly meant to have a relationship with Him.
As I began walking with Christ, I experienced a peace the world could never give me. John 14:27 became more than a Bible verse—it became my testimony.
On June 7, 2024, God placed a vision on my heart to create Salem: a Christian lifestyle brand that represents Christ while naturally fitting into everyday life.
Salem is more than clothing. It is a reminder of the peace, purpose, and identity we have through Jesus Christ.
My prayer is that every collection encourages others to walk boldly in their faith while wearing something beautifully made with excellence.
